Fans have been counting down the days to the moment she welcomes her quadruplets.And it seems Coronation Street’s Gemma Winter will go into labour in dramatic fashion, as actress Dolly-Rose Campbell was spotted filming the scenes on Tuesday Sporting her enormous prosthetic baby bump, the actress filmed the heart-stopping scenes with co-star Sam Aston (who plays her boyfriend Chesney Brown) as her waters break while the pair are trapped in a cable car In the scenes, it appears that Gemma goes into labour as the cable car she and Chesney are riding breaks down The pair travelled to Wales for a few days together before they become parents to four little bundles of joy But after Chesney’s proposal went array – in scenes that were filmed a day earlier – the couples’ romantic ride on a cable car also ends in disaster  It appears that Chesney phones for help as Gemma tries to control her breathing, though it appears both are terrified by the possibility that their babies could be born at any time As Chesney desperately phones for help his girlfriend tries to keep calm, despite the prospect that she could deliver her four babies at any time Fans will have to wait and see whether Gemma delivers her children safely, and how she and Chesney will cope with caring for four babies While ITV had remained tight-lipped about the quadruplets storyline, rumours had speculated Gemma’s waters will break and she will go into labour during a cable car ride over the Great Orme  According to The Sun, the tense labour scenes for the popular soap are expected to be screened in December The parents-to-be haven’t had an easy ride with their pregnancy and they were recently told there was a high chance they could lose one of the babies Specialists spoke to the expecting parents about selective termination, something Gemma and Chesney vehemently don’t want to do   In recent months, Chesney was at his lover’s hospital bedside when doctors delivered the news they were going to welcome four children into the world at once However the recent arrival of Gemma’s mum Bernie (Jane Hazlegrove) has only added to their already stressful situation Previous spoilers had shown Gemma struggling to cope with her large baby bump, after it got stuck in the turnstiles at Weatherfield County football ground
