MONICA MAJORS: The
Sutter Health mission is to enhance the
well-being of the people in the communities it serves. Sutter Health Plus
supports this mission by offering comprehensive
coverage with access to a quality provider network. It’s the high value
integrated care experience today’s consumers want. ROB CARNAROLI: Hi my
name is Rob Carnaroli. I’m the Vice President of
sales, of Sutter Health Plus. So my role within
the organization is to lead the sales team. It’s our job to be
front and center to answer the tough
questions, to help people navigate the system,
to find health care within the organization. I mean, we do that with a really
dedicated and professional team of people. MONICA MAJORS: I’m
Monica Majors, Vice President of Health
Plan Products, Marketing and Communications. One of the challenges
in the marketplace is ensuring that brokers
and employers have a full understanding
of our service areas, our capabilities,
and benefit offerings. By designing products, marketing
collateral in communications, we’re responding to the
market and giving them the resources they need. ROB CARNAROLI: What
we’re demonstrating to the marketplace, clearly,
is that we’re viable and we’re here to stay
for the long term. MONICA MAJORS: So the service
for Sutter Health Plus is pretty comprehensive in the
greater northern California area. We provide coverage
in 15 counties. ROB CARNAROLI: Our
large group portfolio is now going to be broken
up into four distinct plan families. For example, our
summit plan family is going to include the
traditional HMO product lines. No deductibles and
no co-insurance. MONICA MAJORS: And then
we have our peak plans. Peak plans are deductible
and co-insurance plans. And then we move
into our ridge plans. Ridge plans are deductible
and co-pay plans. ROB CARNAROLI: And
of course, employers are looking more and more at
high deductible health plans. Well our Vista
series of plans will include high deductible health
plans that are HSA compatible. One of the other things
that we are really proud to bring to
the marketplace, is the way we pioneer
these new walk in clinics. We’re targeting an
aggressive expansion to bring those to more cities
in northern California. And really just brings a
state of the art neighborhood feel to what otherwise would
be a doctor’s office visit. So it gives you just another
access point to Sutter health. MONICA MAJORS: Our
members have access to a 24/7 nurse advice line. These are great
examples of right care, right time, right place. ROB CARNAROLI: We want to invite
