How to Administer an Employer-Sponsored Event (Go365 Engagement Source)

As an employer with Go365, you can take advantage of employer-sponsored events, also known as “ESEs,” to encourage your employees
to engage with the program. What is an employer-sponsored event? It’s a wellness initiative that you can
carry out on your own through the Go365 Engagement Source website. You have a variety of event options,
allowing you to reward members with Points in a way that’s unique to your organization’s
culture. You can start by going to EngagementSource.Go365.com. After signing in, go to the “Employer
Tools” tab in the upper-right corner and click on “Employer-Sponsored Events.” Fill out the form, starting with the type
of event you’ll be administering. Step 4 will
automatically populate with the number of Points or Bucks that Go365 will award based on the activity. If you want to award
more Points with this event, you have the option to extend the timeframe. In Step 5, check the box to “Include Member
Details” and download the participant file. This step provides you with
a file of all the eligible members in your organization, and saves you time from
manually entering the participants’ information. Within 90 days of the event’s end, upload
the participant file with only member details of those
who participated. Don’t make any changes to the file’s formatting. Otherwise, you may
encounter difficulties with the upload. And be sure to rename the file
from “EventInfo” to a name that better describes the initiative
you just held. If you need assistance, refer to the “Instructional
Manual” under the Resources section on the right. You can also “View Past Events” by clicking
the link in the Resources section. Finally, if you’re in need of inspiration
for an ESE, you can browse a whole library of ideas by
going to “Share & Connect” and then selecting “Connect.” Scroll down to find the “Idea
Exchange” section and select “Find Ideas.” Select “Learn More” under an idea that
you find interesting. You’ll find an overview of the event, including
how to plan, promote, and implement it from the ground up. Most ideas also include communication templates,
promotional resources, and ways to include additional Go365 program elements
to reward participants for their efforts.
