Here at Purdys, for People & Culture, it’s
about how can we make Purdys a better place to work?
I think there’s been a lot of practices that we’ve done at Purdys through the years
to build a great culture of engagement. But I think at the end of the day what it
really comes down to is listening to your employees about what we can do better as a
company, what’s going well but also what we can improve.
You really got to ask the question and be prepared to respond to what employees are
telling you. For Purdys to be recognized as an AON Best
Employer, I think it’s that brand recognition, that we are on the right track to creating
a great place for our employees, so I wanted to be a part of that.
