Top 3 Daily Productivity Goals


Hi, everybody. This is Kim hughes from Kim Hughes & Company and I Wanted to take a quick minute and just kind of come on and and talk to you about how you plan your day my day has been Extremely busy Not that I had a lot of busy work it was just a lot of a Lot of things that I had to process and think through and decide if that’s the test for me Or is that a test that I delegate to somebody on my team? So it got me [to] thinking how I could take what I have learned from today and pass it on to you so as you [know] I do have my 90 Day Planner for real estate agents now available and you can go to My website and click on the link that says 90 day planner It’s a black icon with the gold lettering and and you can learn more about it It’s a community that I’m building for those that want to be more efficient be more productive, and you know use the most of their day in the real estate world, so The thing that I learned today is when somebody in my company which doesn’t happen very often is Going to leave. I had somebody that’s been with me for five years she’s resigning for Family reasons and it got us to looking at all [of] the processes that we have in place for all of our clients How we’re doing things? How can we improve them ETC and one of the things that it got me to thinking about was what is what goes on in my business that she was taking care of so we’ve got me to looking at my database my processes my drip campaigns for example I have Monday motivation I have monthly business tips that go out And I wanted to make [sure] that everything [was] moving smoothly because I’ve always leaned on her to help me with that Which she’s done a fabulous job But it was time for me to kind of look at it and see what do I need to make sure? that is being taken care of and if It needs to be updated reefer I etc So this is where it caught me [too] looking at how it could help you in your daily business You know, what is it that you’re doing that difference this year? that you didn’t do last year or you know maybe you haven’t looked at your systems or your processes to see where they need to be updated because of new technology or of New programs that have come out that you’ve implemented into your business so with the daily planner one of the things that you would do is keep notes of everything that you do all day long and Keep track of all your appointments of course and then you know not that just expenses as well So that’s like one side of the planner, so the other side is really interesting and I’m going to try to hold it up [so] you can [see] it because this is where I get excited as when you can um Let’s say on of himself, but this is where you’re going to take action. I’m Taking action is going to be focusing on a daily Basis what your top three priorities are for your business? What are your top three priorities for your personal life you know if you have children? What are those priorities for today? You know maybe they have a soccer game a hockey game Maybe they have a test at school or you need to have a parent-teacher meeting as far as your business goals that could be anything from Reviewing your your leads for the day which you have a place to write down So you know you may set aside 30 minutes every day to Make calls. You know past clients on current clients. See what you’re doing for you know what they need from you 30 minutes on you, no reason
